The six suites are named after Maya day signs from the Tzolkin — the 260-day ceremonial calendar. We didn't pick them at random.
Ik is the wind, the breath. That room has doors on both sides; the breeze crosses it when you open them.
Imix is the beginning, fertile earth. That room has the jacuzzi on the balcony.
Ahau is the sun, the lord of the day. East-facing, best for breakfast on the balcony.
Kan is the serpent, what renews. Twin to Ahau — same building, different wall.
Oc is the dog, faithful companion. Jungle view, the quieter side of the property.
Muluk is gathered water, rain. Two beds, built for families.
