Where we send guests to eat

February 25, 20262 min read

A short list — the places we actually tell people about.

At the hotel, Xant-Ha. Short menu, mostly regional, open to guests and the public. A reservation helps on weekends.

In the pueblo, the rotation changes. Places open and close, and the ones worth walking to this year aren't always the ones from two years ago.

Ask at the front desk — the current list is shorter than most guides. Usually one for tacos at the counter. One for a long dinner, slow service on purpose. One on the water, for mezcal and small plates at sunset. One for coffee on the square.

We don't pretend to know every place. The list we keep is the one we actually send people to.
